John has been developing software for over 15 years, initially as a hobbyist, developing Artificial Intelligence software for entertainment, moving to business software in 1995.
His early software received favourable reviews on numerous online and offline magazines, and was distributed on several cover disks. It is still distributed worldwide via the Internet.

Following this success, John chose to focus on the development of business systems, and progress rapidly though several leading blue chip software companies, such as Compaq, UK Online, Science Systems, Westinghouse Signals culminating in a senior role as an Internet Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
John is a member of the British Standards Institute C# and C++ language panels, contributing to the future evolution of these key programming languages. He has had a number of articles published in publications from the IRSE's annual proceedings to CVu and Overload, the journals of the ACCU.
